Our seafood
Incredible seafood. Expertly done.
Shetland mussels, Orkney scallops, Skye and Crail langoustines, St Abbs lobster and Oban sea trout. We let the catch lead, then cook it with the care that earned two AA Rosettes.
The menu moves with the seasons and the boats, so there is always something new on the table.

Award-winning dining
Two AA Rosettes. Michelin Guide. Both restaurants.
Both Dulse restaurants hold two AA Rosettes for culinary excellence and are listed in the Michelin Guide. Not bad for a small independent team.
Chef Dean Banks is behind it all. He was a finalist on MasterChef: The Professionals and is also the chef behind Haar in St Andrews.
The Dulse experience
Big tables. Bigger platters.
Order a few things, then a few more. Pass the oysters, crack the langoustines, top up the glasses. Dulse is made for loud tables and long evenings.

Private dining
Take over the place
Private dining at West End, or take over Leith with up to 40 guests. Christmas parties, birthdays and work dinners people actually look forward to.

Gift cards
Give them Dulse
Gift cards from £25 for West End or Leith. The easiest present you'll buy this year.
