1

Walk in from 5pm

No booking needed. Grab a seat at the bar or a table. If you want to be sure of a spot on a Friday or Saturday, book ahead.

2

Order by the half dozen

Market oysters, chosen daily and shucked to order, with the daily dressings and plenty of lemon. £2 each until 6pm.

3

Add a glass, then stay

Something crisp and cold to drink, then carry on into dinner: the tasting menu at West End or the seafood boil in Leith.

Lemon squeezed over freshly shucked oysters at Dulse

What's on the ice

Shucked to order, £2 a time

We serve market oysters, chosen daily, with the daily dressings. Ask your server which oysters are in that day and how they like them. A squeeze of lemon is never wrong.

Half a dozen with a glass of fizz is the perfect start to the evening. A dozen between two is even better.

What to drink

Crisp, salty and cold wins every time

Crémant or Champagne

Fine bubbles and bright acidity. The classic oyster partner.

Basque Txakoli

Light, zesty and a little spritzy. Made for the sea.

Galician Albariño

Salty, citrusy and fresh from Spain's Atlantic coast.

The team will happily pour something by the glass to match. At West End, the full Seafood & Wine list is built for exactly this.
